Mindfulness Based Supervision
Supervision is a fundamental part of your growth and development as a Mindfulness Teacher.
Supervision offers you a unique place to pause and reflect on yourself, your teaching and your personal practice.
It offers you a space to reflect on what you are learning about yourself as a teacher in your teaching and in working with groups in different contexts.
It can provide you with guidance, teaching and advice in dealing with questions and challenges you may be facing in the organisation of courses and in your teaching
Supervision is also a space to reflect on your own personal practice and how this weaves and interconnects throughout your personal life and in your teaching.
